When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders will be processed within one business day and normal shipping will take 3 to 8 business days to arrive at your home or office. Special order parts that ship from other outside distribution centers may take a little longer. After processing of your order is complete you'll receive an email confirmation that your part is safely on its way.
How Will My Order Ship?
We ship via UPS Normal Ground. Some special order products are shipped directly from outside distribution centers, and may ship by UPS, FedEx, or the Postal Service (depending on the other distribution center's preferences).
Do You Ship Internationally?
We only ship to addresses in the United States.
What Is Your Return and Exchange Policy?
We accept returns of non-electrical parts within 14 days of your order if returned in the original unopened packaging.
Electrical parts are non-returnable unless defective. Defective parts will be exchanged only for an identical replacement; buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost on return parts. Parts damaged by the buyer because of improper installation or usage are non-returnable. All parts returned must be approved defective by original manufactures of parts before any warranty of return can be done.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping of all parts. After returned part is received and processed a new part will be shipped or credit to your account will be approved minus a restocking fee. Returned parts are subject to restocking fee of $25.00 and Special Order parts may not be returnable.

Yes, we can! Please Contact Us with your furnace or AC unit's model number before you order, and we can help you find the correct part for it.
Can You Install Parts For Me?
We can install parts for customers living in our service area. We're based in Fort Wayne, Indiana and offer repair services within 60 miles of our offices. If you need service and don't want to install parts yourself, please Contact Us before you order. It is best if we inspect your equipment before you buy parts to ensure that the problem is properly diagnosed so that you don't buy parts that you don't need.
